KM Davis
You can learn more about Davis's inspiration for Sexquire by reading Our Story. Davis, Sexquire's founder and team lead, has advised small businesses, individuals and non-profits in all areas of the adult industry for over seven years, but her connection to the industry pre-dates her time as a lawyer. During law school, Davis worked for Nadine Strossen, then President of the ACLU. One of her primary projects during this time was spearheading the second publication of Nadine's groundbreaking book, "Defending Pornography." Davis sees her work with Sexquire as a "coming home" of sorts to the work she began with Nadine. Davis also project manages all of Sexquire's work, and is the primary liaison for all clients.

Patty has handled the lion's share of bookkeeping and accounting work for both large and small businesses and individuals for over fifteen years. No matter what shape your bookkeeping or receipts are in, Patty can make sense of them and get you on track to know all you need to know about your financial health. And when it comes to tax time, Patty works hand-in-hand with Lori so you have one less worry for the year.

Lori the "Tax Domme" is a tax preparer with a specialty in the Arts & Entertainment Industry as well as a former member and current advocate of the Adult Entertainment Industry. Lori is a preparer who not only works with clients at tax time, but throughout the year to ensure that they are comfortable with and understand their tax situation. Lori works to keep clients in compliance with the law, while also using the law to their advantage.
